Fees & Payment

In my Practice, the fee for the first treatment is due on the day of treatment and can be paid on site either in cash or with TWINT.

For subsequent appointments, you have the option of either paying directly on the day of treatment (also in cash or with TWINT) or paying within 10 days of the invoice date after receiving the invoice.
Payments for invoices can be made to the account at Raiffeisenbank Reinach, using IBAN CH61 8080 8009 2425 2721 8.
These flexible payment options are designed to make your visit with me as pleasant as possible.

At Devangãna Healing - Practice for Chinese & Holistic Medicine, I strive to provide a smooth and transparent payment process to ensure that my patients can focus on their healing journey.

Here are the key aspects of my payment policy:

1. Payment reminders and fees
For payment reminders and reminders, a fee of CHF 15 will be charged from the first reminder and a fee of CHF 25 for each subsequent reminder. These fees shall be borne by the patient.

2. Payments via POST
For payments via POST, the corresponding fee will be charged on the subsequent invoice.

3. Appointment cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. This way, I can manage my schedule effectively and make it easier for other patients who need my services.

I offer a variety of Holistic Treatments including Chinese and Holistic (holistic) practices, Acupressure and Acupuncture, Visceral Osteopathy, Hypnotherapy, Foot Reflexology and Psychotherapeutic Consultations, all under one roof.

At Devangãna Healing - Chinese & Holistic Medicine Practice, the duration and number of sessions you require will be tailored to the specific nature of your ailment. 
I offer a range of Holistic Treatments including Acupressure, Acupuncture, Visceral Osteopathy, Hypnosis, Foot Reflexology and Psychotherapeutic Consultations, all under one roof.
Each session is designed to address your individual health needs to ensure the most effective and personalized care possible. Billing is based on the TARMED system (Basel-Landschaft tax point system), with costs calculated every 5 minutes. This approach allows for transparent and accurate billing and ensures that you only pay for the time actually spent on your treatment.

Below you will find a detailed breakdown of my services and their respective costs for adult patients:

TCM treatments: CHF 210 / 90 min. (each additional 5 min. CHF 15)
Visceral Osteopathy: CHF 230 / 90 min. (each additional 5 min. CHF 20)
Hypnosis sessions: CHF 320 / 60 min. (each additional 5 min. CHF 20)
Chinese medicinal herbs: from CHF 80 / container, from CHF -.80 per piece (individual delivery)
Video call: CHF 160 / 60 min. (worldwide)
Home visits (Basel area): CHF 60 (+ cost of treatment)
Telephone calls: CHF 10 / 5 minutes (weekend rate CHF 12.50 / 5 min.)

TCM treatments: CHF 150 / 60 min. (each additional 5 min. CHF 15)
Visceral Osteopathy: CHF 170 / 60 min. (each additional 5 min. CHF 20)

Vouchers can be redeemed once and are only valid until the expiry date, usually six months.

All treatments at my health center are covered by health insurance. I recommend that you enquire with your health insurance company about supplementary insurance for alternative and complementary medicine before your first treatment or contact me directly for more information.

Devangãna Healing - Practice for Chinese & Holistic Medicine is affiliated with the EMR (Experiential Medicine Register), the ASCA (Institute for Complementary Medicine) and the EKG.
The treatments are geared towards health promotion and prevention. The practice is not a substitute for a conventional medical diagnosis. If necessary, consult your medical caregiver before your treatment appointment.

Devangãna Healing - Chinese & Holistic Medicine Practice is a renowned Health Center offering a range of Traditional and Holistic Treatments under one roof, including Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Acupuncture, Visceral Osteopathy, Hypnosis, Foot Reflexology and Psychotherapeutic Counseling. My services are designed to provide comprehensive care that integrates both ancient and modern healing techniques.

With regard to agreements and conditions, it is important to note that all agreements relating to my services must be made in writing. Verbal agreements are not recognized by me and are not valid. Amendments or additions to the agreement, including this provision, must also be confirmed in writing.
This serves the purpose of clarity and legal certainty for both parties. Should a provision, including the supplementary provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
This structure helps to maintain a professional and transparent relationship with my patients.

1. Punctuality
I expect all patients to be punctual for their appointments. This ensures that treatment can be carried out without interruption and that the time allocated to each patient is adhered to.

2. Following the Therapist's instructions
Patients must follow the Therapist's instructions exactly. This is crucial for the effectiveness of treatments such as Acupressure, Acupuncture, Visceral Osteopathy, Hypnosis, Foot Reflexology and psychotherapeutic counseling.

3. Respect and fairness
It is important that patients treat their therapist and the treatment process with respect. Fairness in communication and interaction enhances the therapeutic experience for both parties.

4. Punctual payments
Punctual payment of sessions and prescribed Herbal Remedies is mandatory. This ensures a smooth workflow and helps in the efficient management of resource allocation.

Failure to adhere to these behavioral guidelines may result in future appointments being canceled or rescheduled. My goal is to create a holistic and healing environment for all my patients, and these guidelines will be followed.
