In my Practice, the fee for the first treatment is due on the day of treatment and can be paid on site either in cash or with TWINT.

For subsequent appointments, you have the option of either paying directly on the day of treatment (also in cash or with TWINT) or paying within 10 days of the invoice date after receiving the invoice.

For payment reminders and reminders, a fee of CHF 15 will be charged from the first reminder and a fee of CHF 25 for each subsequent reminder. These fees shall be borne by the patient.

2. Payments via POST

For payments via POST, the corresponding fee will be charged on the subsequent invoice.

3. Appointment cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. This way, I can manage my schedule effectively and make it easier for other patients who need my services.

Billing is based on the TARMED system (Basel-Landschaft tax point system), with costs calculated every 5 minutes. This approach allows for transparent and accurate billing and ensures that you only pay for the time actually spent on your treatment.

This serves the purpose of clarity and legal certainty for both parties. Should a provision, including the supplementary provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

It is important that patients treat their therapist and the treatment process with respect. Fairness in communication and interaction enhances the therapeutic experience for both parties.

4. Punctual payments

Punctual payment of sessions and prescribed Herbal Remedies is mandatory. This ensures a smooth workflow and helps in the efficient management of resource allocation.

Failure to adhere to these behavioral guidelines may result in future appointments being canceled or rescheduled. My goal is to create a holistic and healing environment for all my patients, and these guidelines will be followed.
