Psychotherapeutic Counseling

Psychotherapy (also known as talk therapy) comprises a range of treatments aimed at helping a person to identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts and behaviors.
Psychological Counseling helps those seeking advice with problems - with themselves, - with their (spouse) partner, - in their family and cohabitation, and - in their social, private or professional environment.
As a rule, treatment takes the form of a conversation between patient and Psychotherapist, but a variety of other interventions (e.g. free association, relaxation methods, etc.) are also psychotherapeutic measures.
As a Psychotherapeutic Counselor, I support you in activating your inner resources. The overarching goal of psychological counseling is to expand the problem-solving skills of mentally healthy people and thereby improve their well-being (quality of life) and mental state, strengthen resilience in everyday life and promote inner growth.
